Return and Exchange Policy: 1. The customer has 7 days for return and 15 days for exchange. With presenting the original invoice and the product in a new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 2. In case of returning or exchanging the product, the delivery/installation cost will be deducted, with a minimum amount of 150 (one hundred fifty) Saudi Riyals, and the amount received by the bank if payment was made via electronic points of sale. 3. If installation is requested, supplying sanitary ware and the electrical plug for the device's location is not included in the installation fees (an additional non-refundable fee is charged for the tools). The customer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications set by them, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Warranty Terms and Conditions: 1- In compliance with the terms of use, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt of the product. The original invoice and warranty certificate must be presented to benefit from the warranty. 2- The warranty covers diagnosis and repair costs. Consumable spare parts are provided at an additional cost. 3- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse (such as connecting to a power source different from the specified electrical standards, water salinity exceeding 2000 PPM, breakages, disassembly of the product, or removing the serial number or model number).
